Because we are a boutique firm, we can tailor our services to a particular homeowners’ needs. Our custom approach enables you to eliminate unneeded services and the costs associated with them. Pay a flat fee for only those services you desire.

Flat Fee Services include: 

MLS listing -  the homeowner handles all showings but is listed on the MLS and thus has access to marketing its house to all potential buyers and their agents. 

Drafting services -  draft an offer, counter or repair request.

The flat fee service appeals to customers that are available and feel comfortable showing or viewing houses and arriving upon the appropriate deal terms.  Let us handle the details for you!

The important item to note is you can always “top up” with additional services.
